Whether you imported a customer from your PSA or perhaps had a typo when creating a customer, this article describes how to make a change to the customer name inside of RocketCyber.
- Navigate to "All Customers" from the left-hand nav and Select "Switch" to go in context as the customer.
- Now that we are in context as the MSP 101 customer, we can either Delete the customer or Modify the spelling by Navigating to Customer Settings in the top right-hand corner.
- To Change the Name, edit the spelling and scroll down and click Save.
- To Delete the Customer, click Delete Customer.
